- Our first 60-minute call takes place after 2 weeks, once I’ve done my homework.
- A comprehensive 60-minute live coaching session (via Zoom or similar) after 30 days, during which we identify the blocks and patterns holding you back from success and make suggestions for releasing them and moving forward strategically.
- A call summary and “homework” delivered directly after the call via email so that you can begin making progress immediately toward your new success.
- A digital recording of our call, so that you can listen back on the insights and conversation any time you wish.
- A other comprehensive 60-minute live coaching session (via Zoom or similar) after 60 days, during which we identify more blocks & patterns holding you back in different areas and make suggestions for releasing them.
- A 30-minute follow-up call to go over any questions or concerns that may have arisen, usually 1 or 2 weeks following our last conversation.
- A 60-minute call after we near the 90-days where we look at your progress and tweak a little.
- A Last 60-minute call after the 90-days, to make sure you’re staying on track.

How exactly do you work?
I work structurally and energetically to get to the root of what is happening in your life and business. Like an accounting program, I “download” everything about your life, business, and experience holistically, and then arrange the information in a logical way to help provide you with the clarity and answers necessary to move forward.
I also spend as much as 8 hours surveying your business, including your products, services, content, pricing, marketing, team, vendors, and freelancers to discover what is working and what isn’t.
Before we begin, I ask for some basic information about you and invite you to present me with the questions about your business and life (because there is no way to separate the two!) that you most like to have answered.
How do we work together?
I do most of my Energy Intensive work virtually, so I can help women anywhere in the world! We will communicate first via email to arrange our sessions, then via Uberconference (or another virtual conference service) to speak live and in person. Our calls are recorded and you will receive the recordings afterward.
Who will benefit from working with you?
