How does it work?
There are six modules in the course, but I’ve also included a short orientation period with a Starter Kit to help prepare you for the journey ahead. At the end, we’ll focus on setting you up for success moving forward with all the tools and practices you’ve learned. So technically, Authentic ME is a 7 weeks course, but plan on at least a week of prep before we begin.

We’ll start with meeting your higher-self and get in touch again with who you are at a soul level. This module is all about tapping into your own intuition and getting inspired.
We’ll start exploring the chakra system and how energy plays a part in your everyday life. This module is all about finding your true talents in your most powerful chakra.
We’ll start healing imbalances in your chakra system as well as blocks and patterns holding you back. This module is all about healing blocks and old patterns.
We’ll start finding new ways to live in your personal life and business through self-love, empowerment and recognition. This module is all about learning how to integrate what you’ve learned so far in the course with compassion and love.
We’ll start exploring how to bring together your gifts and talents and form your authentic voice. This module is all about aligning your life with who you truly are and integrating this into your business and life.
We’ll create a big vision for your life and your business and explore how to grow into this vision in a sustainable and substantial way. This module is all about becoming a thought leader, an inspiration and your best self.
We’ll learn about taking everything a step further and anchoring these practices into your life with rituals year round and for every season. This module is all about universal knowledge and spiritual laws that will help you stay in the flow and create the life of your dreams.
