Goodnestone’s charm is a magical combination of history, romance and beauty. An architectural gem built in 1704 and lived in by the same family ever since, it resonates with historical figures, titles gained and lost, horticultural genius and famous literary links.
Jane Austen was a frequent guest at Goodnestone after her brother married into the family in 1791. His was a double wedding that, along with the house, gardens, country dances and local society, inspired her best-loved novel, Pride and Prejudice.
We will have full use of Goodnestone for the weekend to allow us to fully immerse ourselves in what we are looking to achieve from the Energy Retreat.
Accommodation will be private bedrooms (for single occupancy) so you have full privacy and space in your own room during your stay.

Then we embark on The Energy Retreat, a 4-day escape to a luxury country house manor in Kent, UK surrounded by magnificent private gardens and parkland in the most beautiful small village of Goodnestone.
Imagine stepping into a Jane Austen novel for a precious extended stay. Jane herself holidayed at this home often, exploring its elegant grounds and finding inspiration in its graceful rooms.
But we will not only go there, we will embrace the concept of country house living and, just like Lady Mary from Downton Abbey, we will spend a long weekend in true English style.
In this exquisite, luxury setting….
…we will spend 3 hours each morning on intensive learning and discovery. We will dive deep into the blocks that are holding you back in life (and if own a business – your business as well!) We will learn and apply personalized strategies for each attendee to get the most out of our work together.
Afternoons will be free to explore the garden and village, indulge in an in-house spa treatment, and connect with other women. I will have hand-selected the ladies in your group so that you will most profit from each other — because you have the same goals and aspirations and face some of the same problems in life & business. You will meet these new soul sisters knowing that you can learn, grow and profit from each other the most and form new friendships and supportive connections with the other women that will last a lifetime.
Late afternoon, we will reconvene for 1 hour of practical tools to integrate into your business routine before adjourning to dinner and talks while taking an evening stroll in the footsteps of the wonderful and talented Miss Jane…
